BDN Contracts Ltd works on homes and commercial premises across north-west London and Hertfordshire. New builds, extensions, lofts, refurbishments, kitchens and bathrooms, and fit-outs.
We price from a proper site visit, write the programme down, and run the job with our own team from groundworks to the last coat of paint.

How a job runs
Site visit & survey
We come out, measure up and talk it through. You’ll know what’s possible, what needs approval and roughly what it involves.
Fixed written quote
You get an itemised price and a programme: what’s included, what isn’t, and when each stage happens.
Approvals & planning
We sort building control, party wall notices and anything planning needs before a spade goes in the ground.
The build
Footings, walls, roof, first fix, plaster, second fix, finishes. Your site lead keeps you posted each week and keeps the site tidy.
Handover & aftercare
We walk round together and fix anything on the snag list, then hand over the sign-off and certificates. After that we’re still a phone call away.

The rules we work to
This is what you can hold us to on every job, whether it’s a bathroom or a whole house.
- You get a written, itemised price before anything starts.
- If the job changes, you see the new price in writing before we do the work.
- One person runs your job, and they answer their phone.
- The site is swept every evening and locked up every night.
- We carry public and employer’s liability insurance on every job.
- Building control sign-off and certificates are handed to you at the end.
